My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now so my doctor finally intervened. Last cycle I went in for an ultra sound when I got high fertility in a clear blue ovulation test and they saw a really nice follicle on the left side and a good lining in my uterus. My cycles are Long and irregular 30-40 days and I don't ovulate until around cd 26. I went for blood work a week after ovulation and the blood work confirmed ovulation and my hormone levels were perfect and PCOS was ruled out (I am over weight). My husband goes for his semen analysis this week. In the meantime my doctor prescribed clomid 50 mg cd 3-7 to shorten and regulate my cycle to make ovulation more predictable. Has anyone had a similar experience and did the clomid help get you pregnant?
