Any working moms planning on staying home when baby comes?

Question

We have been preparing financially for a long time so I would be able to stay home with the kiddos. Now that I am pregnant, I will be leaving my job in mid February. Now that there is a timeline, I am so excited but also it makes it hard to stay motivated at work haha :)  I am really excited to be able to stay home!

I'll be staying home after this birth. We won't be able to afford daycare for a toddler and twin newborns, so I'll be home instead of my entire salary going to that. Very much looking forward to it. I plan on going back to work pt when the kids are teens, since I plan to homeschool them k-12. I'll be back full time once they're all in college.

I will have to go back to work.  I am trying to save up time so I can have 4 months off work paid. I make more money than my husband and carry the benefits. I have way more debt than him, so I don't think it would be fair to put the burden on him. I am looking for a less stress filled position, and a job that can unexpextidy keep me at work late.

I'm a teacher. I'm going to take a leave from march through the entire following school year, August 2017 and then decide if I will go back or not. I love teaching but want to be home with my baby. However I know I'll miss teaching and don't want to go crazy not working so that's why I'm not sure yet. Any other teachers?

I will take extended maternity leave but will then go back. My hubby and I both have great jobs but I outearn him. I spent years working on my MBA and working my way up the corporate ladder. I am in my dream job. My father died young and I watched my mom have to rally and go back to work. I want to be a strong role model like my mom was, especially if I have a girl. I also want my husband and I to have the resources to be able to give our kids the experiences we want to. There is a trade off not being able to be home for all of the day to day but it's a challenge to learn how to balance it all!

I am I've been at home 3 years with my son I don't want to miss s thing an im fortunate to have a hard working husband who supports me he actually asked me to stay home vim a working woman so sometimes it gets boring but all in all I didn't miss my baby's first laugh first crawl first steps i got to be there for all his firsts don't regret leaving work i plan on returning when all my kids are of age to communicate my husband also wanted me to stay home because you can't trust anyone with your kids anymore

My husband makes about 1/4 of what I make so there is nooooo way I can stay home. He works hard but doesn't make much. If we have a second he will end up being a stay at home dad.

Unless I get at least a good raise I will be leaving work. Otherwise I'd just be working to be able work. I'll be breaking even on day care costs.

I told my boss this and she forwarded it up the flag pole so well see.

Ideally I'd like to keep working, I love job.

I work from home so I will continue to do that after this baby is born. Not too sure if I will take any time off after the baby is born. Since I'm home anyways.
