Overreacting maybe???

So I’ve been with my fiancé since high school (almost 5 years) we have 2 children together. He stopped shaving every time I get pregnant cause I don’t like to have sex......I start to feel sick doing it. So my sons therapist text me at 9am saying that my son has an apt at 10:30. I went to go see my fiancé and he’s shaving down there..........he had a history of cheating when I was pregnant with my son but he came back saying how he’s going to change. I’m pregnant again and he’s always having an attitude that I don’t do anything but stay in the house. I’m sick the only place I go to is the ER for IV every other week cause I can’t keep really anything down. Other than that I take care of the my kids. I make sure they eat and their hygiene is straight. I haven’t see His junk in 4 months and all of a sudden he’s shaving???? Could he? Or I’m just tripping?
