Torticollis?

Thinking my baby has Torticollis. Noticed it more now that she's holding her head up alot. As you can see in the picture she's got her head turned to the right, chin to the left. Sometimes she straightens out. But if you try to hold it straight she gets mad. She always sleeps with her head turned to the left. She's been to a chiropractor a few times but I'm thinking we'll start going Weekly. Wondering if there's any topical medications you can use for babies muscles to help with the tightness and pain. Such as Voltaren or ruba535. Not sure if you can use them on babies.
