am I pregnant?

my cycles typically are 27-28 days. my last period was Oct 2nd. My period was five-six days late before I decided to test and two one dollar tests were both negative. on Sunday, Nov 4 I took a more expensive test and it came back positive. That night I started cramping/bleeding. Not heavily but also not “spotting”. Monday morning I took another expensive test and it came back positive as well. I went to the ER and they said my blood test came back negative. I’m so confused because I’m never late! & this time I was, got two positive tests and then a negative blood test? How? Also am still currently bleeding, just like a normal period. No more signs of pregnancy other than heartburn and very emotional
