Which pump to get?

So I plan on exclusively breasting when my little one comes, he has a cleft lip and palate and I will unfortunately not be able to breast feed so I’m wondering which pump is the best option. I really don’t want to spend 400 dollars on a pump and then my supply not be good but I also don’t want a cheap 40 pump that doesn’t do anything. Thank you in advance😊

Yeah check with your insurance! Or what I did, was I went through aeroflow and they were able to tell me which pumps were covered by insurance and I got mine straight through them. I currently have the Lansinoh smart pump, which is ok, but I hear spectra and Medela are the best and seem to be all the rave on the exclusive pumping groups I'm a part of on Facebook, so try one of them. If my insurance covers another pump when I get pregnant again, I'm probably gonna go with spectra.

Check with your insurance they will most likely cover it. Highly recommend the spectra s1. I exclusively pump and have the s2 and love it but wish I would have done the s1 because it has a rechargeable battery for portability.

I would see if your insurance company will cover the cost of a pump. I got the Medela pump and style and don't really have any complaints. I was lucky and my insurance company covered the whole thing.
