5lb baby already?!?!?

I’m 31 weeks. My ultrasound today showed my baby measuring 5lbs and in the 98 percentile for size. I’m doomed. How big is/did your baby measure at 31 weeks if you knew?

At 33 weeks mine measured 5lb7oz he was born st 39 weeks 8lb1oz

Last week at 31 weeks mine was 4lbs 4 ounces and the doctor had said he’s a big baby so 5lbs I would think is really big for 31 weeks but there’s nothing wrong with it!

Oh wow those are going to be some chubby cheeks 😍😜 My first was born at exactly 31 weeks and she weighed 4 lbs 2 ounces which the doctor said was close to a pound over what you would normally see at 31 weeks.

31+4, had growth scan today, baby girl is 4 lbs. 13 oz. and in the 94th percentile! I've gained almost 30 lbs...  Doc said to cut back on the carby stuff (which I don't eat a lot of as it is) and to get moving.  I'm kind of worried about delivering a big baby...  :-/

EFW was 3 lbs 7 oz by ultrasound at 30 +5 weeks.

Wow! I’ve heard they aren’t that accurate. But mine was only 2.5lbs at 29 weeks and 16th percentile. Makes sense though since my fists was born a week late and only 6 lbs at birth
