I was wondering if any of you ladies had a terrible first period? I am exclusively breast pumping, and last night I got extremely nauseas around 6pm and it lasted till about midnight. This morning it came back but wasn’t as bad. I was convinced I had a stomach virus because I also woke up with a low grade fever and hot flashes, but I haven’t had any vomiting or diarrhea. I am having light brown spotting in my underwear, that has gotten a little heavier throughout the day. Has anyone else experienced a terrible first period like this????

Also- I have had excessive weight loss. I was 158 pounds when I had my baby, I’m now 5 weeks PP and weigh 124 pounds. I’ve lost 5 pounds just since Friday, and I’m starting to get worried that this isn’t normal. Any advice or just moral support would be helpful. I’m extremely worried for me and my little one!
