Boobs not sore anymore ?!

My boobs have been sore since 11dpo. Today I'm 5 weeks 5 days and I woke up to them feeling normal again. Anyone else have symptoms come and go this early ?

My boobs started hurting 2 days after ovulation  and one day stopped for the day then started up again. I pee a lot some days and not as much others. I haven't had any morning sickness, just every now and then meat can make me gag. It's different for everyone :)

My boobs haven't hurt for the last two days. All symptoms have basically disappeared for me.

I'm 5 weeks and 4 days. I was feeling nauseous and sore boob's, but yesterday and today all symptoms have disappeared. My doctor said this is normal early on because your body is adjusting to the hormone changes and symptoms will fluctuate.
