What do you take for panic attacks while pregnant?

I desperately need help and opinions. I’m currently 5 weeks and my doctors have taken me off of my medications for depression and anxiety. I can’t NOT go one day without having several panic attacks. I can’t leave my house or drive to work. Please tell me there is a medication I can take to help me ease my anxiety so I can go back to work and enjoy this pregnancy! This pregnancy is VERY wanted but has TRIPLED my anxiety. I blame hormones.

My dr put me on Prozac, helped a little. Ask about hydroxyzine, not sure but has similar affect as benzodiazepines without being habit forming. Massages, especially foot massages totally got me thru my last pregnancy! I am agoraphobic and severe anxiety. I am addicted to benzos and hate it, trying to get off of them.

Have you tried yoga or meditation? Might be helpful to kinda help you relax and feel at ease.
