Still don't feel baby! 21 weeks on Saturday

I do have an anterior placenta tho so is this normal? I saw the dr yesterday he told me the placenta acts like a cushion so the baby kicks the placenta and I don't feel it but seriously?!😰I waited so long to feel my baby seems like it's just not happening
