How do i deal with a rude boss? So tired of the petty underhanded rudeness. Boss is condesending and i need a way to deal with it. Reporting isnt really an option since its not anonymous and would only start more drama. Theres no talking to this person. This person makes me feel bad about myself and i just dont know how to deal with them. I really dont want to quit because everything else is great. Boss is disliked by just abouy everyone and yet this person still has a job here. They arent disliked because they try to get the job done theyre disliked because of the way they speak to people. Literally ready to say something because im tried of being treated differently and talked to like im an idiot!
