My doctor always does an ultrasound on the first visit to date the pregnancy since most people don’t know exactly when they ovulated.

I think it depends on your doctor. Mine doesn't do an ultrasound until 12 weeks 😞

My first appointment was at 8 weeks and no ultrasound. My next appointment is on the 12th next week and I’ll be about 10 weeks and that when I will have my first ultrasound (there is a good chance it’s twins) my doctor doesn’t do them until 10 to 12 weeks. But I guess every doctor is different. 🖤
