mother in law Christmas help

guys my MIL has been nothing but amazing. I work twice a week as a nanny and I take my son, and she will try and come one if not both days and pick him up early so by the time I get home he's already in his PJs ready for bed.

she's constantly buying us diapers, formula, toy, clothing. always offerning to babysit if we want a date night.

she lives maybe 20 minutes away at the moment, but my husband is a total introvert and never calls her, ect. im the one who who texts her cute baby photos.

she's had 3 son's, and is a Tom boy herself. shes pretty hard to read. and basically every Christmas the boys get her the same thing - new slippers, PJs, and lots of bubble bath. (she only ever asks for these)

my FIL is busy building a new home for them and it will be ready next summer. it's 4 hours away. I know she's dreading being so far away from her first and at the moment only grandchild.

I want to give her an extra special gift this year, anyone have ideas???
