Irregular period - when to test!?

Hi! I’ve been on birth control for years and stopped this 2 weeks ago. My periods are always regular on the pill so according to Glow i was just ovulating and my bf and I had unprotected sex on most of these days. Thanks to the advice of others earlier, I understand I can het pregnant.

My question is when I’ve come off birth control before my period has sometimes come straight away or taken a long time to come and been irregular. I’m therefore unsure when to take a pregnancy test because I think just coming off birth control my period may not turn up for awhile due to that. Should I wait 2 weeks or wait until after I’m meant to get my period? Thanks for the advice, this is all new to me!
