Day 3 blood test

Hi all! Has anyone had the day 3 blood test to check LH, FSH, and prolactin levels among others!?!?! My lab results are back in my chart and I am trying to make sense of them. All my numbers are technically in normal range (I have endo) so far.... but the ratio is off for LH and FSH....

LH 3.8

FSH 7.1

Prolactin 6.8

Just curious if anyone had an off ratio like me.... I was reading about poor ovarian reserve but not sure if I fall in that range. I might also have to go on day 12 of my cycle to see if I am making follicles. So. Much. Work goes into having a child!! So worth it.
