What can help me grow my hair out faster ? I've been trying to grow out my eyebrows as well lol

Taking prenatal vitamins, using a wide toothed comb instead of hair brush, washing hair every other day instead of every day, rinsing shampoo out in cold water, staying hydrated, using coconut oil, combing dry hair BEFORE shower instead of after when your hair is wet. I looked all of this up and started this last year and I went from shoulder length hair to hair down to my lower back  (above my butt) in one year.

This might sound weird but I had the hardest time growing my hair out and my cousin told me to use main n tale horse shampoo and my hair is now past my butt! I don't cut my hair ever and now it's so long and soft, the conditioner works well to and they smell amazing
