What should i do ?

So I started the second month on the pill. Started the new pack on 4th day of my period. After the first pack finished. I am on a combination pill. I have been taking all of my pills everyday but sometimes the time goes up and down however they are all taken within two hours. I am safe right.? Because my husband finishes in me now since I have taken the birth control for a month and a half now. But I feel slight increase in appetite and a dull headache. What should I do
