Going to a dr... CD 34

Decided I couldn't wait till af shows because it's been a week since she was supposed to, I don't have irregular periods anymore, only when I wad on the depo then I would have one every three months but that was a year ago. Since then my periods have become regular and I would know when I was ovulating, my cycles could last 20-26 days but im now on CD 34 with headaches, uncomfortable cramps (which are usually painfully when AF should show but these are just uncomfortable), constantly tired, etc... but all my cheap Amazon tests say negative. Went to the hospital on Halloween, they said my urine test was negative and wouldn't give me a blood test or an ultrasound to check if my pain was a cause of something else. They just ruled it as another ruptured cysts, gave me painkillers and sent me on my way (still in pain). So I'm going to another dr. Who can hopefully help me... if im not pregnant then af could stop being a bitch and come already. I'm tired of this waiting game with her..
