My friend is very early in her first pregnancy (I estimate 5 weeks) and yesterday she started spotting. She had am appointment today with her obgyn and she said the lady that did her ultrasound kept saying "this doesn't look right, your pregnancy is not normal". She said she saw a circle and a black spot and I know that's the yolk sac. After her appointment she came home and started bleeding heavily enough where she needed a pad. She's at the er right now getting her blood work done, ultrasound and a pelvic exam and I'm asking anyone that can send prayers to her. She is crying and very upset and I hope all is well.
