Throwing up after sex?!?

My period is due this weekend and I've just threw up right after sex & got cramps seconds before I started to feel nauseous. My breast have also a but tender other then today I've felt fine. I've tooken plan b this month & started birth control too last month. Also I've had sexual intercourse multiple times. Could I be pregnant?
