Yes! This has happened to me 3 times since I got pregnant. I'll have a dream about sex, have an orgasm in my dream and wake up mid orgasm. It's so weird but kinda nice 😊

When it does happen I remember I'm dreaming about something where I have anxiety (like I'm in school and forgot about the huge assignment due that day). I get a tingly feeling down below and that's when it finally let's go and wake myself up mid-shudder.
