UTI! Pain in stomach?

So I got a uti about a week ago, I've had one before but I didn't want to go on antibiotics this time cause of antibiotic resistance and all that. Instead I decided to drink plenty of fluids and eat probiotics etc.

The pain while peeing has gone now! Thank God, but I'm still feeling pain in my lower abdomen? Has anyone else experienced this? And does it go away by itself..?
