Strict Bed rest and cerclage
Do any of you ladies have a cerclage and put on SBR? I was wondering if there are any good positions to lay in to keep pressure off the cervix but keep baby happy and safe too?!? I have a blood clotting disorder also and am on blood thinners so I have to at least move my legs around every few hours. I normally pee about every 3 hours or so so I think that will suffice for leg movement. Any stories or words of advice please!!!
