How do I know if I actually have a UTI?

Without seeing a doctor. I have a pinching feeling right when I DONE urinating and a *little* itching down there, but aside from that I have no other symptoms :/ Urine is a bit on the cloudy side

There’s uti test strips at Walmart or Walgreens to they’re pretty accurate. But honestly best to go to a clinic and check anyways. Whenever I have a uti I only have some back cramping and I only pee a little bit besides that I don’t have the “usual” symptoms so it’s usually when my back starts hurting I get checked and I always end up having one.

It could be bv.. sometimes symptoms of bv can mimic a mild UTI

So start drinking like a ton of water! And I take a teaspoon of baking soda in a shot glass amount of water to help get my levels inside balanced. Just keep drinking lots of water and you can even drink straight cranberry juice with no sugar added. Stay away from any sugar for a few days and let the water flush your system! When I start to get a UTI I do this immediately and it usually goes away quickly! Good luck

Unsweetened Cranberry juice helps. I don’t like the taste personally, it’s a bit better but it helps with the pinching/burning sensation. As well as the frequency

Never had a UTI itch..and I've had my fair share of them..they burn and are very uncomfortable.

Usually burns when you pee. I’ve had one UTI and had blood in my urine.
