Mind splitting migraines?

Question

I have been getting horrible migraines from all of these hormones. Anyone else suffering? Looking for some healthy tips to avoid or reduce these migraines.

I had my first migraine from being preggo! Not fun. I read it's ok to take Tylenol. Any other thoughts on safe medacfor when the headaches come?

Honestly a migraine was my first sign I was pregnant and it came about 6dpo . I had onto gotten awful headaches like that before with my first pregnancy(ended in mmc) and that's what made me think something might be up! I still get them from time to time but I find not looking at my phone or the TV helps.

Yea!!! I jut got over a five day migraine! Right when they were going to send me to the ER for more than Tylenol it resolved. I was doing shower, cold towels, heating pad, covered eyes, white noise, every trick in the book. Lots of water. I think my body finally just gave me a break.

Water, water and more water. Most the time dehydration is the cause for headaches and with the increased blood production early in pregnancy your body is in desperate need of extra water. Be careful with Tylenol because it can promote bleeding. Good luck!

Me too....have been getting them for a few weeks and im only 5 weeks! They last a day or two. I have nausea on and off too, so im not sure if its the migraines or simply morning sickness.

I havent been doing anything except rest and exercise. What are you doing ?
