Vagina pain 29weeks

I’m 29 weeks, recently my vagina has felt sore and hurts like if I were to be having rough sex but I haven’t had sex in a while. Iv asked other moms they said its ligament pain others say dilating, I’m a FTM so I’m just wanting more opinions from more moms before I schedule a ob appointment.
