Anybody else been told they have it? The more I learn about it, the more terrified I am.

I went in for my 20 week anatomy scan where they told me I am having contractions and needed to do an internal ultrasound. I then had a doctors appointment and they said they weren’t able to see how close my placenta was to the cervix as I was having contractions and that I had placenta praevia. This is my third baby and both of my others were completely normal and healthy pregnancies. I had my other two at 39 and 42 weeks, both csections. They said I’d now have to have another csection but I was already planning on having one so that I could have my tubes tied or removed at the same time. Every story that I have read or watched on YouTube has resulted in the person haemorrhaging and having an emergency csection and this scares the crap out of me, especially because I want to have my tubes done. This was a birth control baby too as I got pregnant on the pill.
