What did you do differently

Hey ladies I would really like to know what you did differently to get pregnancy this time. I have been TTC for baby # 1 since June and I just added preseed this time so I'm hoping for my BFP this month. Please Share.

Honestly we stopped trying as crazy as that sounds. When we started trying we stopped our bad habits mostly cutting back on drinking and junk food and exercised more regularly. We tried for several months with no success and decided to just enjoy each other and if it happened it happened. We got pregnant the first month not trying.
