Would you provide a cleaning person with vacation pay? (Read description)
Say you had a person that came to your home once every 2 weeks to clean, you pay them 100 dollars per visit. If they went on vacation (for 2 weeks or 3 weeks missing 1 or 2 visits) would you provide vacation pay for them?
Currently having this debate with husband. He believes we should pay our cleaning person even when she goes on vacation. Maybe I am being too harsh, I do not feel comfortable paying someone who is not here to deliver a service.
