Did you take Lamaze classes and was it worthwhile?

Didn’t take any classes. Figured it all out on my own. I guess I must have done ok. I have three beautiful healthy kids and one on the way. Lol.

I didn't take Lamaze, but I took a prepared childbirth class at the hospital and it was very helpful.   They touched on some of the Lamaze techniques.

I wish I would have took a birthing class and a breastfeeding class. When I was in labor I had no idea what to expect, what to do, or anything. Same with breastfeeding.

I think a beast feeding class is way more helpful them lamaze class. You can Google lamaze class and lessons.  But that breastfeeding was so much harder for me and wish I took those classes instead.

I’m not taking Lamaze but am taking birth and baby class, which will cover specific birthing/breathing techniques. I’ve only had one class so far and I’ve found it pretty beneficial. I’ve also taken a cpr class and am going to take a breastfeeding class as well. I’d rather be prepared instead of running to google for everything. Not to mention not everything you read online is accurate.

I would take breastfeeding classes because I had trouble breastfeeding with my past kids but I’m too high risk for now. 😔
