Catered for veterans

My advanced cooking class and I made and catered the food, except for the cupcakes and muffins, which were last minute, for our veteran visitors. And a handful of us more community-active students had a great time serving our veterans and school teachers and staff. It was tiring, but very fun, and the veterans were great. 😊 We made a baked potato bar, salted caramel brownie bites, cherry and raspberry cheesecake bites, caesar salad, rolls with cinnamon butter, broccoli, and cranberry lemonade.
