I am beyond frustrated. I’ve been going to BOston <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> for ~2 years, and they are impossible to contact. You can’t directly chat with your doctor or your nurse by a phone number. Instead you have to call a generic number.

I have a super regular cycle and no one addresses this, making everything challenging. You can’t book anything without directly speaking to someone but they don’t ever answer, they just return calls and leave messages.

Am I the only one that is beyond frustrated? Being over 35 I feel like they’ve robbed me of a few cycles because of their operational inefficiency?!
