Kyleena... i need serious help

I used to have skyla. It was good for 3 years and i had no issue. I got it replaced in june with this iud called kyleena. I havent had a period in 5 months and thats super fine with me but recently ive had major breast tenderness, and awful cramps for about 3 weeks.i havent had any bleeding even after placement. Ive went to my doctor got an exam, ultrasound and blood test (for pregnancy).

Exam and untrasound came back perfect along with a negative blood test. They never gave me an answer, but im assuming its just the side affects? Ive never had these problems before and im very worried. What should i do to ease the pain?
