Nasal sprays in pregnancy?

I was diagnosed with chronic deviated septum with 90% obstruction and pregnancy rhinitis.

There is no way I can breathe without nasal sprays throughout my pregnancy and probably I will also need to use them while breastfeeding as I am only allowed to have surgery after this.

Saline sprays don't help and things have been getting worse as I am almost in my third trimester, my doctor said it will continue to worsen.

I use Olynth and sprays that are usually considered class B.

Has anyone else used them continuously and was everything ok?
