Okay- I know this might sound silly but.... I'm having a scheduled c section, I got my pre-adminmintance paperwork in and the do's and dont's prior to surgery..... It said no makeup and no nail polish. I was absolutely planning on wearing my everyday makeup (with waterproof mascara) and getting my nails done (gel polish). I am totally not wanting to listen. I had gel on with my daughters (unplanned) c section and make up and no issues. I hear the nail polish is because of not getting on oxygen levels to read on my finger but my cousin who is an ER doc said it will pick it up with a light color polish. Has anybody else been given this direction?
