Any remedies for the cold???

Omg I've being with this horrible cold since Sunday and any day seems to get worse . Any natural remedies ???

My doctor said it's safe to take DayQuil, NyQuil, robitusin and sugar free cough drops...hope that helps and you feel better soon!

If it's sinus related, my chiropractor used cupping on my face and it was fantastic!

Try a neti pot. I like the squeeze bottle kind. Walgreens, CVS, and other stores carry them. Due to severe allergies, on bad days, my OB approved using it twice a day. On normal days I use it once....about 30 minutes before bed to help me sleep. My sinuses get flushed and I always feel better. Good luck!!

This was me on vacation a few days ago and I was miserable. What worked for me was:
1. Gargling with salt 3 times a day 
2.Homemade facial steam a la boiling water in a pot and letting my face lay carefully over the pot absorbing the steam. 
3. Sipping hot water with lemon and other times caffeine free tea
