Pillow top, memory foam or gel foam mattress?

I think we have a pillow top mattress. Which we just got and was fine in my opinion and then my husband decided to get a cool gel memory foam topper thing. It’s ok but what drives me nuts is my fitted sheet doesn’t really stay on now, and sometimes the topper itself kinda curls up in the corners. Also it’s just another 2-3” in my already extremely tall bed that my 33 week pregnant ass has to climb in and out of 😂

There are good and meh pillow tops. I recommend laying on them at the store. I LOVED our Serra but hate whatever we have now. Memory foam is great but get the temperature control one. We had the memory foam 3” mattress pad and it was sooooo hot in the summer.

I have a regular mattress with a gel foam topper...I never want to get out of bed lol but def go to the store to try it out some memory foam can be really hard

I just bought a hybrid memory foam/spring mattress. I am never comfortable as I am 36 + 3 weeks but my husband loves it.

i have a gel foam, and absolutely love it. i have a bad back..when i went to the mattress store i laid on every bed. got the softest one they had! ive had it a couole yesrs now and still suoer soft and good condition
