Wondering about when my first day of AF is
Hi ladies
Please could someone help me work out when my 1st day of AF is? I cramp and spot for 2/3 days before normal flow. Should I be tracking AF from the day I start normal flow? We have only been trying for 2 months so I am pretty new to this.
