It should be every other day. & then once a day every day in your fertile window. That's what my obg said.

Sperm takes on a healthy male 24 hrs to be at their best alcohol tobacco and other drugs cause sperm to not move as fast and actually kill sperm so that is something to think about also everyday is good but other people say every other day is best
