Bleeding?

Hey guys so last night me and my FWB met up and he loves eating me out. And he was for a good 30 mins or so, along with fingering, and definitely hitting my g-spot like the whole time (which may not matter I don’t know) but it started to hurt a little bit, not like a sharp pain but that dull pain where it feels like your man is just like hitting the wrong spot and it just hurts. And after I got back home, I went to the bathroom and there was really light bleeding. I’m definitely NOT on my period. Is it possible he could’ve just like scratched something up in there? Or what could’ve happened?
