Dog jumped on my belly and...

Now I’m worried. I have a 40 pound blue heeler who is literally like my baby and he always jumps in my lap when he gets hurt or scared.. well long story short my nephew hit him with a toy and I was laying down and he jumped on me and now I’m having so cramps.. so far no spotting or anything but I just need some reassurance.. I don’t wanna rush off to the hospital unless I should be worried.. has anyone else had this happen and all be fine? I’m a first time mommy so everything worries me😓 also I’m 21 weeks 5 days..
