Shitty mail carrier..

So my mail carrier sucks. We haven't been getting our mail like we should or it gets lost and we never receive it. And mail we send out is getting out or hasn't arrived where it should. And I know it's our mail carrier because we've never once had this problem anywhere else we've lived. So how do I report her? Do I call the 1800 number for usps? I have no idea where our mail comes out of for our area.
