Help please i feel like i’m going crazy...

So i’m 8 DPO today, took a pregnancy test looks like i can start to see a verrrrrry faint line. Today i started cramping and now lightly bleeding..... my period isn’t due till the 17th... what is going on? Did my period start early? Or I honestly don’t know. Ive been nauseous and I’ve puked several times, back pain and my breasts hurt..
