Babies

Ok so I really want another baby, however I'm not financially set. I'm 24 and i know i have more time but due to my thyroid i don't always get AF. Also due to early premenopausal issues none of the women in my family have had a child after 30. If they did they miscarried. I really don't want to miss my chance at baby #2. Should I wait or just whatever happens happens?
