Healthy weight?

Hi guys! I'm 5'1/2", I'm a cross country runner (our season just ended and I've been running for 7 years), 21, and my weight bounces back and forth between 98 and 101. Is this a normal weight for my height? I weighed 96 at one point over the summer and when I was in high school my weight went back and forth between 105 and 110. This summer was the first time I've been under 100 since I've stopped growing. Is it bad that I want to maintain 98? I weighed about 104-105 June 2017, and was 101.5 this past June. My scale is pretty accurate (rounds up if over half a pound). Last time I checked it was 97
