Staying latched

Before I talk to a lactation consultant I just wondered if any of you ladies had this issue and how you got passed it. I had my baby a week ago tomorrow. She came out ready for the boob. She latched right away. She ended up taring me up so bad I had to stop and pump in order to heal. Her latch was great. After a few days I decided we need to go back to trying to get her on the boob. I have tried numerous times to get her to latch and stay on but she just doesn’t want to. She gets frustrated right away and honestly it frustrates me and I start to cry too. I don’t want to have to pump all the time. I’m not sure if she just got so used to the bottle and how she can get instant gratification from it or what.
