In may, my boyfriend is going to move approx. 60 miles away into a different town and im not sure how to cope. i brought up how i feel about it to him and we both ended up bawling our eyes out, and he admitted he was trying to distance himself gradually so it wouldn’t hurt us as much when he’s gone, then he broke up with me because he was scared but we got back together about an hour later after talking about it.

i cry, often nightly because i cant bear the thought of him leaving and living elsewhere and attending a different school. it hurts so much, and neither if us can do anything about it.

he decided to move asap when he was 11 and that he would bring his little sister, and now that he’s becoming legal age to decide where he lives he’s decided to move away from his father to his mother and bring his younger sister too. im happy that he’s getting away from his dad but it hurts me that he’s leaving. I know his mother is a wonderful woman that cares immensely about her children, and i know he will be taken care of well along with his sister.

TL;DR : Boyfriend is moving away from his abusive father and im happy that he’s moving but i am extremely sad and cant bear the thought of him leaving without crying.
