Is this a real thing...?

I just noticed something weird 
I FaceTimed my grandparents today and they said I looked good. Grandma said I looked pretty. I knew I looked a mess and the call was out of nowhere. I got off the phone with them and I felt like they were mocking me or lying to me... 
And whenever my boyfriend says I’m beautiful etc I always wonder if he’s just high (weed) and I never take him seriously 
I always think people are mocking me if they compliment me. 
What is that called? I just noticed I do this and now it’s driving me insane and it’s weirding me out quite a bit.

I’ve always been like that but I think it’s because when I was in junior high I liked this guy a lot and everyone knew and all the cool kids were playing truth or dare and the guy was dared to ask me out and then ya I found out it was all a game and everyone was laughin at me so after thaat a part of me always feels like people are making fun of me whenever they compliment me or say they like me or whatever 😅 so there’s thaat but also my ex also had this type of feeling except for him he struggles with a severe paranoia problem from childhood trauma and using drugs to forget about that pain messed him up so he constantly believes people are making fun of him even when they’re trying to be kind or not even paying attention to him at all.
