ovulation pain TTC Question

Jazmin

I have PCOS and took clomid from CD 5 to 9 (2nd round of clomid) per Docs instructions and should be ovulating soon. Currently on CD 13.

Is it possible to have ovulation pain and a negative OPK result? I use 2 OPKs because I was unsure if my clear blue digital OPK was accurate so now I use the strips as well and the clear blue says "high fertility" while the other strip says negative but I have been experiencing left sided pain that I think maybe ovulation pains... is it possible to have ovulation pains before you ovulate. I read online it could be from the follicle growing or about to burst or that it is bursting. I've had intermittent mild pain for the last day or so that keeps getting slightly worse...my clear blue OPK also went from "low" to "high" yesterday but no "peak" and the other opk strips are negative but the test line is slightly darker.... I am desperately TTC so I wanted to know if I could be having ovulation pains before my LH surge??? Please help I am so anxious.
